Pole Strength & Balance

Tuesday & Thursday · 9:00 AM · May 4 – 28 (8 classes)

Adachi Pavilion, Dinner Bay Park. $100 for the 8-class series or $15 drop-in. Sliding-scale pricing ($0–120 for the series, $0–15 for drop-ins) — bursaries are available.

Walking poles and balance discs in a small-group setting. We cover mobility, stretching, reaction time, and balance. I have a limited amount of equipment to lend out — please let me know when you sign up if you would like to borrow poles.


Online Zoom Class

Tuesday & Thursday · 8:00 – 8:30 AM · Through June 4 (20 classes)

Live on Zoom from home. $110 for the full series of 20 classes, $75 for 10 classes, or $10 drop-in.

A moderate-intensity class that uses only body-weight for exercises. There will be standing exercises like squats, and some mat exercises — you can use a chair instead of a mat. I always offer different variations so folks at different ability levels can participate.


Saturday Fitness Class

Saturdays · 9:00 – 9:45 AM · May 2 – 30 (5 classes)

Adachi Pavilion, Dinner Bay Park. $60 for 5 classes or $15 drop-in.

A 45-minute class with a mobility warm-up, cardiovascular exercises, strength exercises, and stretching. We use yoga mats for core-strength and stretching exercises — please bring a mat if you have one.
