About the Class
Each 30-minute session moves through light mobility to warm up, standing body-weight exercises like squats and lunges, mat work for the core, and a stretch to finish. A chair works as an alternative to the mat — and throughout the class I offer easier and harder versions of every exercise.

Tuesdays & Thursdays · 8:00 – 8:30 AM · Through June 4 (20 classes)
What You Need
- An internet connection and the Zoom app
- A yoga mat or soft floor — a chair also works if you prefer
- A little floor space to stand, squat, and lunge in
Cost
- $110 for the full series of 20 classes
- $75 for 10 classes
- $10 drop-in
