1-on-1 Online Sessions

Sometimes you need real-time guidance and that personal connection — without the commute. My 1-on-1 Online Sessions bring everything you’d expect from an in-person training session directly to you over Zoom. We connect face-to-face via video so I can observe your movement, coach your form in real-time, and keep you motivated throughout the workout.

Each session is fully tailored to your current fitness level, goals, and any injuries or limitations you’re working around. Whether you’re following an existing program or we’re building one from scratch, these live sessions ensure you’re always moving safely, confidently, and with purpose.


Online Coaching

A fully customized program with the accountability you need to succeed.

Online Coaching offers the same high-level expertise as my in-person training, adapted perfectly for your home environment. This is ideal for those who want a structured, safe, and highly personalized routine to follow on their own time, with ongoing professional oversight.

How Online Coaching Works:

  • Virtual Assessment: We begin with a meeting over Zoom video conference to examine your goals, starting place, and expectations. Together, we create an action plan for you to move forward with.
  • Your Custom Program: You receive a tailored exercise plan delivered directly to your phone, tablet, or computer through the Positive Shift Academy app. Every exercise includes clear video demonstrations so you always know exactly what to do. You can track cardio, the custom exercises, and even habits on the app for increased accountability.
  • Regular Check-Ins: We connect weekly to adjust your program, celebrate your wins, and keep you on track. I see everything that you track on the app, so we are constantly on the same page.

Zoom Group Fitness

If you prefer exercising along with others in real-time, I host live, interactive group fitness classes over Zoom. These classes focus on functional movement, balance, and whole-body strength in a supportive, welcoming environment.
