This is a moderate-intensity class that uses only body-weight for exercises. There will be standing exercises, like squats, and mat exercises. You can use a chair instead of a yoga mat. I always offer different variations of exercises to support folks with different ability levels.

When
Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8 AM – 8:30 AM. I am offering free drop-in classes on January 6th, and January 8th. The series runs January 13th – March 19th (20 classes).
What You Need
– An internet connection and the “Zoom” app
– A space suitable for exercise. It is best to have a yoga mat or a soft floor
Cost
– The cost is $110 for the series (20 classes). Drop in for $10 per class, or sign up for half the classes for $75.
