“Tim’s Strength and Balance classes were game-changers for me. They helped me deal with unsteady footing and balance challenges. And the strength components of the class have made a big difference in my general health and well-being — and confidence.
The entire series was wonderful and Tim brought joy, energy and creativity to every class, which he also adapted to all age levels and skills.”
Diana King
“Tim’s ability to lead with expertise, care and friendliness has inspired me to improve my balance. Often I was experiencing a lack of balance and didn’t know why. In his classes, Tim discusses each of the strengthening exercises while clearly demonstrating each step of the way. He is encouraging and is constantly assessing the participants during the classes. As a result, I’m am aware through each day of how to improve my balance and remain strong. He creates an atmosphere of support and collegiality so that members of varying ability feel encouraged to participate and be challenged at whatever level they are able to manage. He invites us to push ourselves to the optimum growth level without fear of injury. I am hopeful that the community will continue to support his excellent programs.”
