Saturday Fitness Classes

Starting November 15th, I am offering two different types of classes from the Mayne Island Community Centre. Please check out the details below and send me an email if you want to sign up. tim@positiveshiftacademy.com

Fitness Circuit Class

This 45-minute class includes a mobility warm-up, cardiovascular exercises, strength exercises, and stretching. We will make use of yoga mats for core strength and stretching exercises. Please bring a mat if you have one.

Saturdays 9 AM- 9:45 AM November 15th – December 20th (6 classes)

Cost
$80 for all six classes or $20 drop-in

Chair Stretching and Strength Training (Class Canceled)

Unfortunately, this class has been canceled. I would like to start it up again in January. Please let me know if you are interested by emailing me tim@positiveshiftacademy.com

This 30-minute class includes a mobility warm-up, strength training with elastic bands, and stretching with a stretching strap. All equipment is provided for you. This is geared towards older adults and folks with mobility challenges. The full 30-minute class is seated (no standing exercises).
