In-person class schedule:

January 5th – Feb 13th, Mondays and Fridays, at the Mayne Island Community Centre.

Chair Class: 11:45 AM – 12:30 PM

Standing Class: 12:45 PM – 1:30 PM

Drop-ins: Anyone is welcome to drop-in for a single class. You can try it out and see if this program is for you.

Cost: $0-120 suggested for the program and $0-15 suggested for drop-ins. This program is provided in partnership with the Mayne Island Health Centre Association.

Chair Class: The majority of the exercises are done from a chair. You can sit for the full class or stand for a few of the exercises.

Standing Class: This is geared towards folks who can stand and participate for 45 minutes. We have chairs available, and you can sit as much as you need to or hold on while standing.

Copy Along Videos

Keep up your strength and balance training from home by copying along with these videos. You can choose one or do a series of videos.
